WELL PERRIS THE CITY ELECTION IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER SO MAKE SURE THAT YOU VOTE AS IT IS YOUR RIGHT AND OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE THINGS IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT YOU HAVE NOW!Don't be swayed by some slick sign or ad in the paper or some flyer that you received in the mail. This is your city and you need to know what each candidate stands for and what type of an elected official they will be if you put them into office. Questions that you should ask yourself are, "Do THEY say one thing and then another when it comes to questions about what they are going to do in office?" "Are they in office now and what type of a job do you think that they have done?" "Do you know of any facts concerning their moral character and not by something you read from an ad?" These are just a few of the questions that you should be asking yourself when you vote. Don't use your vote unwisely, vote for issues and not what color their skin is because that is the most unwise reason to vote. It doesn't matter what color a person's skin is that makes them a good elected official but what type of qualifications do they bring to the table and will they do a good job in office if elected.BE SMART ABOUT YOUR VOTE!!!!!!! |
